Advertising Policy for the CSCSW Clinical Update

DEADLINE The deadline is the 1st of the month for the following month's issue, i.e., January 1 for the February issue. No issue is published in July.

CLASSIFIED Ads are charged according to 30-word groupings, for example: 1-30 words = $20, 31-60 words = $40, 61-90 words = $60. CSCSW members receive a $10 discount on an ad for the member's own personal program or product.

1/2 page (7" x 4 1/2") horizontal $145.00
1/2 page (3 1/2" x 10") vertical $145.00
Full page ( 7 1/2" x 10") $200.00

There is a $20 member discount available for any display ad that is for the member's own personal program or product.

Discounts for Multiple Consecutive Display Ads: To qualify for discount, payment for all issues must be received at the time of the request for multiple ads.

Display ads should be mailed flat along with payment in accordance with the deadline. Facsimiles not accepted for display ads.

PAYMENT Payment may be by check or MasterCard/ VISA and must accompany ads. CSCSW will no longer bill for ads.
