About Me

Please describe your professional experience (this will be used on Therapist Finder)
It is one of the greatest honors of my life to be trusted to carry your story with you. Therapy does not need to be scary; it's a space you can explore, ask the tough questions, and experience real healing and growth. I'm hopeful that in session with me you would experience warmth, feel seen, and start to have clarity in how you'd like to move forward. I am honored by your trust and thrilled to share a part of your journey with you!

Here's a bit about where I've been so far in my career:

Working with people managing persistent mental health and substance use diagnoses
Providing therapy for teenagers and their families in a residential mental health program
Caring for adults with developmental differences
Walking with families who overcame homelessness
Leading a team of care providers & coaching volunteers in the nonprofit space
Through my work with these resilient people I’ve come to believe that those spaces in our lives that feel out of control, painful, terrifying, or just baffling usually come back to one or a collection of experiences of trauma. I feel especially passionate about locating the roots that underlie areas of pain and unhealth and walking together toward healing.
