About Me

Please describe your professional experience (this will be used on Therapist Finder)
I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life transitions. For the past 20+ years, I’ve maintained a private practice, working with clients across the lifespan—from infancy through older adulthood—as well as first-time parents.
My clinical work is rooted in strength-based, relational, and attachment-focused approaches. I have expertise in parenting support, including working with families navigating learning differences. I aim to create a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space where insight, growth, and emotional resilience can unfold.
I’m especially passionate about serving ethnically diverse populations and professionals at all stages of their careers. In addition to my clinical work, I provide clinical supervision with a focus on integrating theory, practice, and cultural context.
I’ve completed several advanced training programs to deepen and broaden my practice, including:
• Jungian Psychology in Clinical Practice (2024–2025)
• Advanced Clinical Supervision Certificate – Smith College
• Advanced Certificate in the Integration of Clinical Theory and Practice in Cultural Context – The Sanville Institute
• Psychoanalytic Foundations Extension Program – Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis
With each client and supervisee, I bring a depth of experience, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
