For the past 21 years I have been an internal employee assistance professional and executive coach for the University of Southern California working with faculty, staff, and medical professionals. I specialize in career transitions, workplace politics and conflicts, civility, and organizational behaviors affecting performance. I work from a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective with an aim toward greater work/life balance and greater personal satisfaction.
