As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where you can process difficult emotions, build stronger relationships, and find greater well-being. I counsel individuals, couples, adolescents, and families facing difficult life transitions, grief and loss, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in perinatal mental health, offering compassionate support to parents adjusting to new roles and identities, as well as those facing unexpected birth outcomes. With more than 15 years of experience in birthing centers and NICU settings, I understand the emotional impact of infertility, birth trauma, perinatal loss, and postpartum depression and anxiety.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care (TIC). I also integrate mindfulness practices and communication skill-building to regulate emotions and support long-term growth.
